This is a brief overview of how the VUDOG mascot head came together. The result of 200+ hours of work forming fiberglass over various stuff of the right shape, then grinding its smooth shape and cutting out the sections. The fabric was sewn on the ears and hat, then all were glued on. It was a tedious but rewarding project. The rest of the mascot costume was made such as the tail and arms. There is more in small detail development coming. We use this costume at events. Our 4 foot 4 inch tall guy wears it well. It was decided that a smaller scale wearer looks best in it, although us tall guys wear it too.
